1. Who we are
MMA LEGENDS SARL is a company registered in France with its main office at: 63 rue Gambetta, 92150 Suresnes France.
2. Your status
By placing an order through our web site you warrant that: you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you are at least 18 years old.
3. How the contract is formed
All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by on-line electronic means (the "Confirmation"). We expressly reserve the right to refuse any order made by a customer with whom we have an ongoing dispute, or from anyone we suspect of making purchases on our site by fraudulent means.
Prices and Payment
The prices for any Products ordered will be as quoted on our web site from time to time, except in the case of obvious errors. Please note that when paying by credit card your total will be debited in Euros.
You may pay for an order by credit card or Pay Pal. Credit card payment can be made either on-line (via our SSL secure payment system), or by phone using one of the following credit cards : VISA or MasterCard. We will debit your credit card before we acknowledge your order. However, delivery of any Products ordered from our web site is subject to authorization of your credit card payment by the bank payment centers.
Delivery
All Products ordered via our web site that we have in stock will be shipped from our office in France at the delivery address specified by you within our standard shipping commitment of 1 to 2 working days from the date payment for the Products is received by us. Every Product offered on our web site is generally available either at our suppliers or at our warehouse. We try to establish availability of the Products ordered by you before acknowledging your order. Where this is not possible for any reason and where the Product turns out to be temporarily unavailable, we may offer a replacement Product of equal or increased value to you. You have the right to accept or refuse this replacement Product. If you choose to refuse it you will be able, at your option, to either order another Product from our web site or claim a refund of monies is already paid.
Ownership
We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received full payment for such products. However, risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery.
Our Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time and for any reason within 15 days of delivery of the products ordered. In this case you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation which were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us (except the shipping costs) in respect of a cancelled order within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
Warranty
We warrant that any product purchased through our web site is of satisfactory quality. If you have any reservations or comments about the appearance of or quality of our products, you should state these by sending us a mail at contact@mma-legends.com within 2 weeks. Unless we receive such a complaint from you within the period stated, you will be deemed to have accepted delivery of the products in accordance with your order. If an obvious defect is noticed by you within 2 weeks from the date of delivery of the products, we will replace the defective product at our cost with a product of similar or better value.
Our Liability and Disclaimer
Our liability in connection with any Products purchased through our web site is strictly limited to the purchase price of such Products. This does not exclude or limit in any way our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability to the extent that it may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. As a rule, we cannot accept any liability for changes to or defects in the products which are due to the products' manufacturers. We further accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, however caused, even if foreseeable. We accept no liability for any minor errors or omissions that can remain despite the precautions taken by us in the presentation of the Products.

All notices shall be given in writing: contact us.
Notice will be deemed received 24 hours after the Web Request or e-mail is sent or three days after the date of posting.
Your Personal Data
While you are browsing our web site and during the order process we may collect information and personal data from you which we will use in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our web site will be governed by French Law. Any dispute arising from or related to such contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the French Courts.
5. Privacy Policy :
We collect the following data from you:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site. This includes information provided at the time of opening an account, subscribing to our Newsletters, ordering products or when requesting further services or information from us.
- Information about your computer including where available: your IP address, operating system and browser type.
- Information about your Internet usage obtained using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer.
N.B. You can refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the sending of cookies.
We do not receive any of your credit card or financial details from payments handled on our behalf by the payment provider Paypal.
What we do with Customer Information. We use information held about you in the following ways:
- To ensure that content from our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.
- To provide you with information and services that you may request from us at any time.
- To notify you about changes or enhancements to our service.
